He implements what our ancestors already knew ages ago: respect for the rythm of nature and keeping into account the lunar phases for sowing and watering. The range of grown vegetables is very extensive: There are vegetables such as carrots, cabbage and green vegetables such as salad and endive, and also kitchen herbs such as parsley, chervil and basil.
The vegetables are harvested twice a month, in order to avoid cold storage and to preserve their natural freshness. The loamy soil, the local climate and Peter's good care give his products their excellent quality.
