Christophe Saublens is the enthusiastic Head Banquet Chef of the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel.


Coming from Belgium, he’s passionate about Belgian cuisine and he supports the 100% Belge initiative wholeheartedly. After working for renowned restaurants noted in the famous guide, "Gault et Millau", he joined our team at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel in 2014, he aims to share his gourmet banquet menus with all our guests for years to come.
