Passion for local products
Creative and simple, Christian Tirilly's cuisine highlights local seasonal products. He is one of the lead creators of the "100% Belge" project, launched in 2008 by the Chefs of Starwood Hotels in Brussels.
His vision: "In Belgium there is a unique "know-how" implemented by renowned artisans, and this project highlights his "Savoir-Faire" and allows us to meet these passionate persons".
